How It Works
Information to include
In your initial email, provide your name, contact details, borrower or business name, loan number or property address (if available), requested payoff date, and whether you are the borrower or an authorized representative.

Verify instructions
Payoff figures and payment instructions are provided only through an official payoff statement. Independently verify wire instructions using a trusted contact method before sending funds.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other sensitive personal information in your initial email. For loans arranged but not serviced by Zandit Capital, contact the applicable lender or servicer.
